Initial prototype

Basic UI outline with keyboard control. Python database
object is exposed to QML and data can be queried from its methods.
This should provide a generic structure that different UI themes
can be built around.

+This is an example of embededing MPV into QML using python-mpv and PyQt5.
+
+Make sure to install all the needed dependencies (listed in the pyproject.toml file).
+Also make sure to clone the submodules to grab the Video files that are being used.
+
+This example isn't 100% (it still segfaults sometimes). Feel free to submit a PR
